Dr Nagi graduated from medical school in Benghazi in 1983, finished training in the UK in 1999 and has worked as a consultant since 2000. He runs charitable programs in Libya to treat children with congenital heart and has treated over 400 children since 2019 in different parts of Libya. With the support of donations from Libya, treatment is free.
Dr Nagi is an advisor of the LBBC on health services.

Joe was previously KBR (Kellogg, Brown & Root)’s Director, Middle East & North Africa Strategic Development and General Manager, Libya Branch (2014-2021), and the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office’s Head of the British Embassy Office in Benghazi (2012-2014).
Dr. Atif El Hasia, B.SC. Civil Engineering, M.Sc. Engineering Project Management, Ph.D. Project Management, He is the Chairman of The Board of Directors (Al-Watan Holding), Professor at Omar Al-Mukhtar University, He is also a Libya Management and Technical Consultant in a number of Governmental Agencies and is the founding member of the Civil Democratic Party.

• 2017 Civil Society Role in Political and Tribal Reconciliation in Libya (Law Drafting).
• 2016, 2018 and 2021 High Level meetings of the Libyan Political Settlement Process Dialogue hosted by the Humanitarian Dialogue Center.
• 2016 Political Path Dialogue in the Libyan Political Agreement (Algiers) (UN lead Process).
• 2019 Libyan Economic Expert Commission in the Economical Track of the Berlin Process for the LPDF (Libyan Political Dialogue Forum) (Tunis, Cairo, Geneva) (UN lead Process).
• 2020 Constitutional Path Dialogue in the Libyan Political Agreement (Cairo) (UN lead Process).
Izzudin Busnaina, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Marketing in University of Benghazi, and Head, Department of International Cooperation in the Faculty of Economics. Prior to joining University of Benghazi in 2013, he was marketing lecturer in Nottingham Business School, UK from 2011-2012 and Tunis Business School from 2014-2016. Dr. Busnaina has an international experience in both academia and business works. He has worked in different universities and provided consulting works to several companies in Libya, Tunisia, Jordan, UAE and UK. Dr. Busnaina taught marketing courses in Business, Info Technology and Fashion schools. His research is published in high ranked journals and conferences such as Academy of Marketing Conference and International Business Review. His research areas are international marketing and marketing strategies in MENA countries. Recently, Dr. Busnaina focuses on strategic planning in higher education, e-learning and university branding. He contributed to training courses of Arab Universities Union on developing international ranking of Arab universities and worked as a consultant with several international organisations including UNICEF. Dr. Busnaina also contributed to develop several academic programmes such as EMBA in University of Benghazi and Tunis. He is a member of Advisory Board in Times Higher Education Arab University Ranking.
Dr Farag Edghiem is an expert in digital business transformation with a long track
of academic experience across multiple reputable UK universities where he is
currently a Senior Lecturer in Digital Marketing Communications at Manchester
Metropolitan University. Dr Edghiem is a Certified Management and Business
Educator CMBE by the Chartered Association of Business Schools in the UK and a
Senior Follow of Advance HE UK, formerly the Higher Education Academy. Dr
Edghiem has developed an extensive teaching experience by designing and
leading modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Additionally, he
has developed significant experience in leading academic programmes
development at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Dr Edghiem is actively involved in research commuities with international scholars
and business leaders, particularly in regions such as Europe, North America, and
the Middle East. Dr Edghiem’s work has been featured in numerous prestigious
academic journals and conferences where his research is on digital transformation
particularly focused on cocreation of value through digital encounters, service
automation, digital social responsibility, and the challenges to providing an optimal
user experience UX in digital platforms. Dr Edghiem is currently leading the Centre
for Digital Transformation Studies that connects a distinguished international
network of researchers.
Farag Khalifa Saleh El-Rabhi is an experienced general manager with a background in government administration and project management. He has over 30 years of expertise in negotiation, value engineering, contract engineering, project estimation, and feasibility studies. Farag trained in Public Management and Leadership at the London School of Economics and Political Science and has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. at Libyan British University. Farag manages and fosters the international partnerships and collaborations, develops programs to enhance academic and cultural exchange and leads initiatives to promote the university’s global presence and reputation.
Dr. Serag El Hegazi is a Lecturer in Project Management and the Program Leader for the MSc in Project Planning and Management at the International Development Department, University of Bradford. His expertise lies in Sustainability Development and Smart Cities, and he holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s in Project Planning and Management, as well as a BSc in Civil Engineering.
As the North African specialist at JEFCAS, he has published extensively on sustainability and peacebuilding. In June 2021, he was honored to receive the Dean’s Prize for Best Innovation and Impact in Doctoral Research at the Faculty of Law, Management, and Social Sciences.
He is a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy, and my research focuses on sustainable development in the MENA region, particularly on sustainability indicators and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). He is a member of the lecturing committee for the African Development Bank and have presented my work at several conferences, including the Development Studies Association (DSA) and the Doctoral Conference at Bradford.
